My builds are taking over 10 minutes just to start. I have two deployments currently stuck:
- Deployment 9598fec5-5936-4f3f-bcb3-d123686c2ba4: Created at 21:00:22, last update 21:03:18 — still in BUILDING status, no build logs being emitted
- Deployment 8d935aef-3067-448d-86a4-a47b38e8e36f: Created at 20:56:11, last update 21:02:40 — also stuck in BUILDING
Both are pending on SNAPSHOT_CODE and BUILD_IMAGE steps with no completion. The build process itself hasn't started — build logs are empty.

This appears to be a queueing or infrastructure issue on the platform side, not a code problem.

Both deployments completed successfully and the service is now running. Build queue times can vary due to transient builder capacity, and the delays you experienced are consistent with that. If you're still seeing slow builds, cancelling any queued builds and redeploying once (rather than stacking retries) can help avoid compounding the queue.
