A newly created service in the same project, deploying the same repo, shows identical behaviour: build succeeds and pushes an image, deploy logs completely empty, nothing starts. Tested in ams and us-east. Also tested with the start command reduced to plain uvicorn, so no start script is involved. Two separate services in the same project both affected.
