Can connect to old public TCP proxy address (Postgres)

I've removed the public TCP proxy from a Postgres instance, there's only private access by now.

It's however still possible to access this public address and connect to the database using the credentials that was active at that time. I've rotated credentials on the Postgres intsance multiple times since then.

The latest migration on that database was around October last year, we've done recent migrations on the current Postgres instance, so there's definitely some old resource hanging in there or something that I can not access via the Railway UI.

The old public URL that is still accessible: shortline.proxy.rlwy.net:10078
