a few hours ago, I subscribed to the paid plan, but I found that it doesn't meet my project requirements, such as support for service horizontal scaling,compliance requirements,and other features. my customer think the costs is uncontrollable and deem the proposed solution unacceptable,I have to reconsider and evaluate whether using railway.app is the right choice. perhaps I need to compare and assess. and I have not utilized any resources after upgrading to the paid plan,after filling out the "Request a refund"form, I am unable to submit the request.
by the way, can I cancel the Hobby subscription plan and get a refund?

The refund form's submit button not working is a known bug, I recommend you email billing@railway.app instead
