Now I use hobby plan.
But I couldn't change postgres service region to east asia.
It's only working with django service.
What's the reason I missed?

Hello quroom,
Currently, volumes on Metal are not ready yet, which is why you may not be able to change the postgres service region to East Asia. We are working on enabling this feature soon. Thank you for your patience.

OMG.. DB is extremly slower than I expected.
