Its NOT SPAM bot. Its just bot for school use, for making any task faster. For example, if someone will upload file to chat, this file will be automatically uploaded on online storage.

Yes you can, as long as it's not a music bot, breaks DMCA in any way, or breaks another platforms TOS, you can run it on Railway.
