Can I make approve to deploy for everyone, even the project owner?

I have two deployments prod and staging which is connected to main branch. I want any changes pushed to main to reflect automatically in staging.

but for prod I would want to manually approve the build.

Staging I might push multiple builds, but prod usually once per week. Is is possible to do it? instead of maintaining two different branch of code in github?
