I was wondering if I can pay for the subscription of the owner of our project becuase unfortunately the owner of the project was accused of spamming card but we're just trying to pay and now we couldnt access the database project.

This was the page we were shown after unsuccessfully inputing the card. I just want to pay as a member so that we can access the data because we need all those data in a week for our final project.

We've contacted the railway billing support and was resolved but after we tried and got declined it was banned again. We emailed once again for another request but this time we'll try prepaid, I think we're having an issue in paying credit card due to living in South East Asia (I think)
