I was recently charged $48.01 after canceling my plan, and nowhere in my billing does it state that I would have to pay up to $48.01. This news obviously irritated me, and I would like to know if there is any way to request a refund.

I have one running but now it been shutdown by it self.

If you kept your service running you would have been changed accordingly.
Though I will let the team give the final decision on this matter.

Hi there, you were charged for the usage you had already consumed prior to cancelling. You have the ability to request a refund through https://railway.app/account?p=support -> Request a refund. If you do not see any refundable invoices, you are ineligible for a refund. Thanks
