Can I set an upper limit on the consumption amount for a certain project?

Sometimes I can't get warning messages in time. I want the service to be shut down when the set amount limit is exceeded.

You can't set an upper spend limit per project, you can only set it on the entire workspace, enable that here - https://railway.app/account/usage

Though the option is only going to show up once you are on the Hobby plan.
