can not add subdomian in a custom domain

Every time I try to add a subdomain for my site: ai.lp-chat.ru, where ai is a subdomain, it shows me in the panel in the name - @, which means the root domain, but I need it to show ai in the name, otherwise I can not add this subdomain in my dns panel.

Please try re-adding the ai.lp-chat.ru domain and we can have a look
NOTE: You will need to upgrade since you cannot have more than 1 custom domain on free
