Do you see any errors from the CLI when this happens?

In the CLI, I just get this error

When I log in to railway dashboard I see a bit more,

Failed to create code snapshot. Please review your last commit, or try again.

Try running a diagnosis to understand why this deployment failed.

And that diagnosis says

The deployment failed because Railway could not create a code snapshot, timing out after 60 seconds at the SNAPSHOT_CODE stage. This has happened across 6 consecutive deployments since the last successful deploy on May 8. No configuration changes were made between the successful and failed deployments, so this appears to be an infrastructure issue.

So it looks to be an infrastructure issue ?

Seems to have been an issue with the size or my repo. I got it solved
