After creating a volume, can not deploy project. its showing Your plan can only deploy to a single region. Please upgrade to Pro to deploy to multiple regions.

Having multiple regions deployed is not on the hobby plan you will need to upgrade.

I have the same problem, my project has all the services in the same region, but I have this same message in my deployment, event it turned green. My app has been down for many days but the billing keep counting...
