the logs are saying I'm connecting to the DB but healthchecks continue to fail. what are these healthchecks and how can I see verbose output?

I'm trying to do it on the command line with railway logs -s spendspace-backend, but the timestamps are off. I have no idea what I'm looking at or how to watch verbose build/deploy logs in real time.
