I’m currently using the $5 trial plan for my MVP, which is a WhatsApp bot. It’s working well, but since I’m still actively developing, I need to make frequent updates. However, I can’t find an option to pause the service to work locally on my laptop.

Does the Hobby plan include the ability to pause services, or is this feature available only on higher-tier plans?
