Can't access my hosted apps anymore through VPN

Hello! Since about maybe a week, I wasn't able to access my app via the VPN I use for work. VPN is hosted on Hetzner. I wonder if this is a permanent change?

This would be either GCP blocking Hetzner or Hetzner blocking GCP, unfortunately that wouldn't be something Railway can do anything about
