The account this thread reaches (zevs215) is on a trial plan with no services or projects. Your workspace and its projects are not missing or deleted; they belong to a separate Railway account that was created under a different sign-in identity, which is why signing in as zevs215 shows an empty workspace. The way to reach your projects is to sign in with the identity that originally created that workspace. We cannot merge, link, or move projects between accounts.

I only remember using GitHub bob5531, but that login now redirects me to the zevs215-linked account.

Update: On GitHub bob5531, the Railway App is installed and configured with Repository access: All repositories.

So Railway has full GitHub App access on bob5531, but logging into Railway with GitHub bob5531 still routes me to the zevs215-linked empty account.

Please check internally which Railway account/workspace owns projectId 5c131e77-6309-4965-977a-5eea34403c38 and what sign-in identity is required to access it.

That project is not on the account this thread reaches, and we cannot look up or disclose which identity owns it. The two routes to reach the account with your projects are recovering the original provider account through the provider, or signing in with another method that was already linked to that account.

We cannot add, change, or enable sign-in methods on an account. This is a security boundary, not a policy limitation, and applies regardless of proof offered. If the email address you tried is not delivering login codes, that is between you and your email provider. Your projects remain on a separate account created under a different sign-in identity, and the way to reach them is to sign in with whichever identity originally created that workspace.
