When try to access railway, I see this in my browser -
Railway was updated while this page was open
Reloading did not pick up the new version. Try again, or contact support if it keeps happening.
Contacting support as per the notice. Help.

Interesting - I was able to use an incognito window, then via google and GitHub auth, was able to login. Should I do anything to make regular login work?

Not sure what you meant by "regular" login. But seeing as how incognito worked, I'd suggest try hard refreshing the page in your non-incognito window, or check if there are any extensions interfering with the page load process.

What’s happening:
Incognito normally ignores your normal cookies/cache/session data.
So if incognito works, that strongly suggests a stale login/session issue in your regular browser.
What to do:
Clear cookies/site data for railway.com (and maybe github.com if you signed in there)
Hard refresh the page
Sign out of any old Railway session, then log in again
Disable extensions like ad blockers, privacy blockers, or script blockers
Try another browser if needed
