Today i've encountered a problem when i can't reach my production system (This site can't be reached) investigation pointed out:
TCP connects in 90ms, TLS handshake never completes on both your Railway deployments. Your backend logs show 200 OK every minute because those healthchecks come from Railway's internal proxy network (source IP 100.64.0.x is RFC 6598 — Railway's internal NAT range), bypassing the broken public edge entirely. The backend container is fine; Railway's public-edge / TLS-termination layer cannot route incoming requests to your deployments.
I tried to ask AI bot in railway to support, the bot suggested to file a support ticket but support center is not opening as well. (Location: Baku, Azerbaijan)
Would appreciate any help on this.
