When trying to open the Railway dashboard, the request hangs and the browser displays "The request took too long to respond". This started happening around Thursday last week and since then, I've not been able to open the dashboard.
The projects deployed on Railway are accessible still and those don't seem to have any issues.

For me, the dashboard is loading faster than ever.
Would you mind sharing your geographical location?

Thanks for the response, I'm in Mexico

I haven't, but I have co-workers in the US that are still able to open the dashboard, is there any reason I wouldn't be able to access from here specifically?

Could be a government or ISP firewall that is blocking Vercel, If so, there wouldn't be anything Railway can do to combat that.

One of my coworkers contacted the Railway team through Slack on Thursday and I believe something was mentioned about issues with Vercel Edge on both Mexico and Nigeria. Has there been any updates on that front? I want to make sure any issues on that regard are cleared before checking with the ISP, I'm sure Vercel is not being blocked by the government

I know ISPs in Nigeria have Vercel blocked, could be the same in Mexico, I'm not sure.

Ok so checked with the rest of the team, some in Mexico as well with the same ISP and they can open the dashboard. If there were issues with Vercel Edge at some point, could it be due to messed up DNS records? I know I'm at the edge of what you can do to help, just want to make sure I'm not going crazy right now

Hey there, fellow Mexican here, what ISP do you have? I have Telmex and Totalplay here in the office and its loading instantly

Hey! I have TotalPlay, in the office we have Telmex and no issues there. I think there was a widespread issue on Thursday that prompted the problem to begin with relating to Vercel, but since then I haven't been able to open the site again.

Have you tried with a different browser or force refreshing the website? Maybe your browser is loading from cache the site when it wasn't working or totalplay is also sending you cache

Hi Juan, we are aware of this issue and believe it comes from vercel's side. We don't have an immediate fix planned, but we'll keep you updated.
In the meantime, have you tried updating your DNS servers to point to google's or cloudflare's ? a VPN might also be a good alternative here.
Best,
Nico

Thank you Nico! Just swapped my DNS Servers to CloudFlare's and everything is working now, definitely DNS related on my end. Thanks so much for the help everyone!
