Tried to deploy a new github repo and add a namecheap domain I bought. added in railway and it generated a cname and a txt record. Added them to host records in namecheap and it's stuck at waiting dns change for ages.

I just figured this out. Namecheap automatically appends the domain name. Just enter _railway-verify in the host field.

Dns can change up to 24-48h to update, id reccomend using cloudflare nameservers, but thats just a preference. makes it easier with the railway cloudflare integration.
