Can't assess the railway website

Good day guys. I have been trying to access the railway site and it just doesn't connect. I've tried other services to see if I have network issues but they work just fine.

Been this way for 2 hours now. I can access other services such as AWS and koyeb just fine, so that rules out my network being the issue.
