I think I messed something up with my postgresql database. I can't connect to it via railway connect postgres nor in the GUI on railway.
i get "bash: line 1: psql: command not found" repeatedly when I try on the railway site and "psql: error: connection to server at redacted failed: received invalid response to SSL negotiation: H"
the only thread i found on it said someone had run railway up and an employee had reverted it. think my claude code ran it. i do not know how to fix it

i could really use some help here. i upgraded to pro and tried to contact the railway team but they just closed the thread immediately with no reply. does anyone know how to fix this SSL issue?

hey, have you tried to set up and connect a new postgres and connect to your project? Volume can be kept.
