Can't connect to my PostgesSQL service via GitHub repo service

Question

Good day everyone. My project ID: 4d4942f4-260a-4d59-951c-9b3bbcf9555a
I faced a problem, when I enter my Postgres service DB_URL into Reference Variables in GitHub service and try to deploy I get this error. Railway tries to connect multiple times and multiple times gets crashes.
