Can't connect to postgres + redeployment failed

Both my app and my own computer can't connect to postgres. No deployment for 4 months.

I tried restarting and redeploying, but the redeployment seems to have hung now, so reporting still deploying after 9 minutes

Update: It appears that the connection is restored, so my api is able to connect to the db now.. but the deployment is still reported as failed

if i remove the failed deployment, this should not affect the old active deployment, right?

Hello, I have a broken database on my side (project 5a8ca6a6-d016-4834-a7a5-53e927ea1dc3, service a9b15671-9c8f-44b0-86cb-4a66bca96329).
And despite deleting the failed deployments, I am unable to get it working again.
