Can't connect to Zoho ZeptoMail

Is port 587 or 465 blocked for SMTP? I need to send emails via ZeptoMail.
I get errors indicating that I cant connect to ZeptoMail even though locally it works just fine
The error I get is:
Couldn't connect to host, port: smtp.zeptomail.eu, 587; timeout -1
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

SMTP ports (587, 465) are only available on pro and custom plans. Either upgrade your plan or switch to ZeptoMail's HTTP API instead of SMTP.
