Hey, what kind of role do you have in the "demka55's Projects" workspace? Creating a new project in a workspace requires you to have the admin or member role, the deployer role is not sufficient, more on role permissions can be found here: https://docs.railway.com/reference/teams#inviting-members. Furthermore, you can transfer a project from the project's settings you want to transfer. You most likely will also need the necessarily role in the workspace you want to transfer to.
