Hey guys,
I’m encountering an issue when trying to create a project on my dashboard. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive a modal with the message: "Teams must have an active subscription to create resources."
However, I'm currently on the Pro plan, so I’m unsure why this error is appearing. Could you please assist in resolving this?
Additionally, I’d like some clarification on your pricing. For the Pro plan, is there a charge of $20 per team member? For example, if I have a 5 devs I sent an invite to, would that amount to $100 per month?

It looks like you do have a Pro team, but you do not have an active subscription for it.
Please make sure you do not have any unpaid invoices.

I checked the billing section for my team account and noticed something unusual. We already paid an invoice of $20, but there’s an unpaid invoice showing for $40. This has led me to question the pricing structure. Could you please clarify the billing for the Pro plan? Specifically, is there a charge of $20 per team member per month? I want to ensure everything is set up correctly and understand the charges to resolve the subscription issue.
