I have I've been using the platform for a year and have never had a problem deploying a new service or a new database (until today).
Today, I went to deploy a new service (Java/Spring) from one of my GitHub repositories, the platform show me that I need to verify the account, when I press the button, it just redirects me to the plans screen. A similar error occurs when creating a new database; this one gives an error immediately.
I honestly have no idea what could be happening.
I have other old services deployed and they're working perfectly fine; it's just when I try to create a new one.
My account is on the hobby plan, with payment for credits, currently at about $50.
I'd appreciate your help.
Regards, Jesus

Hi there, have you tried to click on the "Verify Account" button?

I just try to duplicate a service, and it give me the error:
I do remember that in some occasion I config the usage limit to like 15$ or something like this.
The problem is that this account is on credits, and the button for changing usage limit is not showing.
This is where it's suppose to be:
And what I have:
Ideas in how to change the limit? or in credits, the usage limit is not applied?.....

or in credits, the usage limit is not applied
Correct, usage limits are not available for users on the prepaid plans. Instead, the amount of credits you load determines the hard limit. Were you ever on a non-prepaid plan when you might have set this up? For a quick unblock here, you might be able to switch to a non-prepaid plan to show that setting and then turn it off.
Please note that we have deprecated the prepaid plan now.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
So the solution is basically to switch to a "normal" plan with my credit/debit card, right? I'll do that.
My question now is: what happens to the remaining credits? Will they be used up first and then the remaining payment will be made on the card ?
What happens to the money from the templates?
Is there a doc for all of this? I can't find it.
And again, sorry for the inconvenience.

The credits should be used up first when you switch. Thanks and just reach out if you run into any issues.
