I just tried creating a project from a github repo, it created the project but timed out.
I went onto the project and went to add the github repo as a service - initially it showed the service and opened the settings panel for the new service but then the panel closed and service vanished.
Tried it again same thing, went to do it one more time and had the service limit dialog show.
now if i goto remove the services in the settings for the project it shows an "apply changes" at the top of the screen which quickly vanishes and shows a done toast in the bottom right of the screen
