Can't delete Project

There is an empty Project in my account. However, I can't delete it in the Project Settings.

What errors are you getting?
Are you the owner of the project?
Please also share the project id.

Yes I'm the owner of the project. And the empty project now has been successfully deleted, I only has a screenshot and lost the project id.
Maybe the api is lagging.
