Can't deploy any apps

I just signed up for the $5 hobby plan, when I try to deploy something through templates or github, I get this error: "Verify your account, Unfortunately, your GitHub account did not meet our criteria and we need additional information."

My github account is already connected, what am I supposed to do?

Hello,

That is only a limit on trial, you do not need to verify a Hobby account, you are currently on Hobby.

Hi @Brody, did you read what I posted? My account is not trial, its a Hobby plan, why I still can't deploy anything? It always gives me the error Verify your account, Unfortunately, your GitHub account did not meet our criteria and we need additional information."

I did read it, and you should not be shown that message on Hobby so I assumed you saw that message while you were on the trial plan.

Can you please show me a screenshot of that message?

That message is intended, we have currently disabled Hobby deploys during the ongoing incident.

Will have to circle back here after the incident has been resolved, this may be due to some conflicts on how we check if you can deploy on the platform.

i have the exact same issue, there should be a message on the screen informing that you cant deploy... and not a github error. Best 5 dollar spent today...

just bought hobby plan to learn I can't deploy anything. It proposed to upgrade to higher. I can, but let me try it first.
any timing information when this will be resolved? can you also block new hobby signups if you can't serve them?

I thought it was a scam. You pay them 5$ to try, than they say, pay 20 now $..

We have paused deployments for new customers on Trial and Hobby. We have a lot of new customers joining us and to protect the experience for Pro, we are pausing signups until we provision more resources. If you are a company, please contact us so we can get you on the proper tier of support to meet your business.

Was just about to provide an update here!

The incident is in monitoring right now, but for all we can tell, deployments are going out on time and without issue!

So I'm going to mark this as solved, but feel free to re-open if there are further issues here.
