my issue is the following : the logs show that it's listening, but when I try to connect to it via my web browser, it times out

Every request is just a timeout. Running the same gunicorn command on my machine succesfully opens it

I know I messed up somewhere but I don't know where

it works. But it runs out of memory, but that's a problem with my code.

ah then possibly time for the hobby plan?

even then I'm not sure. I can barely manage one user when hosting on my local machine.
