It goes in a loop. Says I need to be on hobby, I click the button, welcomes me to hobby (previously paid for), go to deploy, says I need to upgrade, repeat.

Might be a dumb suggestion but can you try signing out and logging in? Also, did u recently upgrade to Hobby?

I wonder if it's related to the #🚨|incidents and that Hobby builds are paused at the moment but it shouldn't stop you from using a template

Hey folks wave emoji GCP is currently undergoing an incident. We're seeing GCP build degradation on our side. We've status'd to indicate. You can always see our status for incidents here: https://status.railway.com/ We're also seeing incidents light up across the internet at other providers who similarly have a dependency on GCP for certain services. Please send some hugs for your fellow on-call engineers today.

You wouldn't be able to deploy anyway since builds are currently paused

If the incident is gone and this issue persists I will escalate it to the team
