If you're still seeing the "Failed to deploy Redis" error, try removing the service and adding a new Redis instance from the "New" button in your project canvas.

I have no way to select an instance that doesn't exist, that's why I selected that, but I need to create a new Redis instance and that problem occurs

The "Unknown error" when creating a new Redis instance is caused by hitting this volume cap.
