I had a website set up. When I enter in the URL now (southshore.ai), it brings me to an error page and Railway shows up as the one delivering that error. But when I log into my Railway account, I don't see any domains connected. Can someone confirm for me that southshore.ai is or is not connected to my Railway account please?

Yes, the domain is connected to your account. It is attached as a custom domain to your website service in one of the projects in your own workspace, so you'll find it in that service's settings under networking, not in a separate domains list.
The error page appears because that service has no active deployment right now, so our edge has nothing to send the traffic to. The site comes back once the service is deployed again.

"Networking" isn't a section I can find anywhere.

The domain is attached to your website service, not listed at the workspace level. To find it, open the project that holds that service, click the service on the project canvas, and go to its Settings tab. Then scroll to Networking, where the Public Networking section lists the service's domains (docs).
If the service's Settings tab doesn't show a Networking section for you, please send a screenshot of the Settings page you're looking at.
