My colleague and I noticed issues when trying to visit our staging website while connected to a VPN.
I'm using ProtonVPN, I'm not sure which he's using. We're both connecting to a US-based VPN server, though.
He noticed that our checkout system was malfunctioning. I cannot load the page at all.
Is there a reason why there would be an issue connecting to our site while connected to a VPN? We're concerned that our customers will also experience issues while connecting via VPN.

We do not block any VPNs.
Respectfully, last time there was an issue with this site your frontend was simply missing a variable, perhaps this is an application level issue too? have you tried to debug the issue?

It was odd that we had the issue only when connecting via VPN though. Turning off the VPN would immediately resolve the issue. Turning it back on would cause the issue again. In the past, I encountered an issue with a specific API when we were on VPN, just wanted to confirm confirm that nothing is happening on the Railway side of things. This thread can be closed, thank you for your support.

If anything the issue would be something the VPN provider is doing, rest assured it's not us.
