A few quick things to narrow this down, since "every service works except this one, and it used to work" usually points to something specific to that Postgres instance rather than a platform-wide bug:

Check the browser console for errors when you click the Postgres tile (DevTools → Console tab) — if the side sheet is failing to render due to a JS error, it'll usually show there and tells us a lot.

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and a different browser/incognito window, to rule out a stale cached frontend bundle.

Check if this Postgres instance has an attached volume that's in an unusual state (e.g. mid-migration, resizing, or a recent restore) — side sheets for database services sometimes fail to open if Railway can't fetch the volume/metrics data it needs to populate the sheet.

Does the URL change when you click it (i.e. does the service ID show up in the address bar) even though no sheet appears? That would tell us if it's a rendering issue vs. a routing/click-handler issue.

If you can grab the console error from step 1, that'll likely be the fastest path to an actual fix rather than guessing further.

Apologies. This was a UI bug that is now fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have further issues.
