Your "cms" service in the "worthy-eagerness" project shows a successful deployment, but there are no runtime logs, which typically means the application is either not starting or crashing immediately before it can listen for requests. The "Application failed to respond" error occurs when our proxy cannot reach your application. Ensure your application binds to host 0.0.0.0 and uses the PORT environment variable that we inject automatically, as described in our troubleshooting guide.
