Can't pay invoice. Can't downgrade to free either. Stuck.

I'm trying to pay for the hobby plan renewal, but I'm getting a blank screen on the Stripe payment page after I enter my card details and proceed. I get an OTP every time I do so, but because the page is blank, I'm unable to enter it. I have adblock disabled as well.



Also, I can't downgrade to the free tier (probably because of the open invoice) as I get this error - "Customer already has a subscription", so now I'm stuck, and have no way to enable my deployments.

Tried a VISA card, and it worked. My Mastercard didn't, and I got the blank screen, as shown in the screenshot. I'm quite unhappy with the support, or rather, the lack thereof. There is no clear way for a person who wants to pay, but can't, to reach out to you and get their issue resolved.

So sorry you were running into this. I do want to check though, you said that trying with a visa card worked. Are you now sorted and active on the hobby tier?

If so, looking around internally to see if theres anything off about mastercard and why that might have happened.
