I have two issues, not sure if they are related:
Deployment a9c3a37 failed, and I can't remove it via the dashboard or by using the "railway down" command. The latter says "The latest deployment for production environment of project connection-games was deleted." but it still appears in the dashboard. Maybe this is because the previous deployments failed and Railway already deleted the only working one? 
More importantly, when I run "railway up" (which was working fine until a couple of days ago) now gives me this error:

Failed Failed to upload code with status code 403 Forbidden
I tried logging in again (--browserless), running railway link again, using a project token... everything gives me the same error.
Deploying from Github stopped working a while back so I now don't have any way to deploy.
I'm running CLI version 4.0.0 on Ubuntu 24.04 (via an SSH terminal inside Vscode).

I disconnected and reconnected my Github repository and that started working again, resulting in a successful build.
Possibly as a result, "railway up" is now working again.
So problem solved for me, but it does seem like there's something not right with not being able to reset after multiple builds that fail to deploy.
