Your account has projects in the "Personal" workspace, so the "Available options can not be empty" error from railway link suggests the CLI is too outdated to fetch them properly. The screenshot also shows a "please upgrade your CLI" message during railway init. Run railway upgrade or, if you installed via Homebrew, run brew upgrade railway to get the latest version, then try railway link again.

I have tried different ways to install and upgrade.

I have tried different commands, like init,link,list.

no one works

Glad it's working now. The issue was likely conflicting CLI installations - Homebrew's version was taking precedence over the direct install. Removing the Homebrew one let the correctly installed 4.41.0 binary take over.
