Can't scale down my cpu or mem

Hello,

I'm unable to scale down or adjust my cpu or mem for my backend or my postgres, as you can see in the image below. It doesn't allow me to save the changes after it is highlighted. I'm not sure if this is an internal bug/glitch on your end or if something is wrong here.
