We checked your workspace and found no deleted projects or services in the last 45 days, so your projects have not been removed. The "Could not load favorites" error you're seeing on the dashboard may clear with a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
