Your "mugugno" service is currently in a FAILED state. To take it fully offline, you can remove the deployment by clicking on the service, going to the Deployments tab, clicking the three dots on the deployment, and selecting "Remove." If you want to delete the service entirely, you can do so from the service's Settings tab in the Danger section.
