Can't update or install the CLI

maybe a skill issue but this seems to be happening on both my laptop / desktop computers:

~/Projects/tinybox/railscaler main*
❯ bash <(curl -fsSL cli.new)

x Failed to fetch latest version from GitHub

any time I try to update the CLI I just get a fetch issue from GitHub 🙁
