Can't upgrade to new Pro plan although I'm on metal

Registered today, got one service on metal but can't upgrade to Pro plan for Metal (currently on regular pro).

Pls help, looking to add team members ASAP.

Metal is not dependent on your plan. There is no tier of metal. What's the issue you're having?

Hi there - I see you are indeed on the pro plan. I also see 100% of your services are now on metal.
