Hey, I just asked, and we don't do single-channel guests. You would need to upgrade your org account.

If that's not something you want to do at this time, you always have these help station threads, Slack and Help Station threads are all the same on our end anyway!

oh got it! then its fine. yeah I just don't want to be stuck for 30 mins, kind of a solo founder here. also, curious how you got slack<>help station synced? seems like a neat integration.

We built a Slack bridge in house to do this, Native threads (from Pro users), Slack, and Email all end up in a queue within this Help Station in an admin view.

So if you need to open a thread, and you don't want it to be public do that on the Help Station and it will be handled all the same from our side!

We have no plans to open source the help station since it ties heavily into the rest of the platform and it's data, so it's really only useful for us.

Yeah totally. Wasn't asking for that. Just meant it's a stellar integration and wish some founder who wants to build something should tackle this.
