Hi! Feature request: Can you please add Sleeping Granularity controls, or a Sleep API, or a button to sleep deployments manually?

Some of my deployments never sleep, and some only sleep after a long time (28 hours) has passed. I think it would be much better for my peace of mind if I could put deployments I know aren't going to serve traffic to sleep.
