On 17 September 2026 I deleted my Railway account by mistake. That queued my project "atlas-memory" (project ID 2b957b71-80aa-4085-bf22-eb042c6577ab) for permanent deletion. The email "Upcoming Project Deletion" arrived 17 Sep 08:07 AEST, so the 48-hour window ends around 08:00 AEST on 19 September.
I have since signed in again with the same email (the account posting this thread), which created a new workspace ("dstiv-ai's Projects", workspace ID fc4bc445-9717-43c9-a989-78409f5b6e0b). The project is not visible there, the project page returns 404, and the API returns "Not Authorized" for projectScheduleDeleteCancel.
Could the Railway team please cancel the scheduled deletion and either restore the original account or transfer the project (including its Postgres volume) to the new workspace? The volume holds a memory database I cannot recreate. If a full restore is not possible, a volume snapshot or a database dump would be enough. I am happy to move to a paid plan to keep it.
Service is set to N/A because the project is no longer visible to me. Thank you.

The project you named is not reachable from the account this thread is tied to, which was created today and has no projects or services. Deleting an account deletes its workspace, and workspace deletion is a path that removes projects permanently with no 48-hour grace window (that window applies only to individually deleting a project from the dashboard while the account and workspace remain intact). We are not able to restore, transfer, or export data from a deleted account or workspace.

Thanks, but I'd like a human on the team to check this one. Railway's own email on 17 Sep 08:07 AEST said the project was "queued for deletion" and "will be permanently deleted within 48 hours" with deploys stopped in the meantime, which is the grace-window path, not an immediate wipe. If the project or its volume still exists anywhere before that window closes (around 08:00 AEST 19 Sep), a snapshot or dump attached to this new workspace would be enough. Happy to upgrade to a paid plan for it.
